Thess INTEC will be working on continuous education and adult training activities. It will do so both by utilizing the Competence Centers located in its campus, as well as by designing and creating common programmes and curricula with its academic and research partners. Moreover, it will provide student project internship programmes in knowledge-based companies within the Park and it will make sure that all tenants and collaborators have direct access to top-talent.

In close collaboration with our knowledge-based partners, we develop forward-looking learning and training programmes to upskill talents for Research & Development & Innovation (R&D&I) careers, and draw more talents to join Thess INTEC tenants and collaborators.
Industrial Master’s
and PhDs
Thess INTEC will be offering Industrial Master’s and PhD programmes, where 50% or more of the student’s studies will take place at partner companies.
Students and businesses will be matched for the programmes based on both the students and the companies’ mutual interests and research directions.
Students will be financially supported through scholarships and stipends.

The vision of the I4byDESIGN Competence Center is to combine the know-how, experience and technological specialization of its partners on the technologies that fall in the field of Industry 4.0 and Logistics 4.0 and through a variety of actions and services that it will be offered, to propose and to promote the implementation of integrated technological solutions in Greek SMEs.
