Constantinos Gratzios was born in Thessaloniki, Greece. He has more than thirty years of professional experience (seven of those in executive management positions) in real estate development (shopping, leisure & recreational), hotel development & hospitality advisory, project management & program monitoring, public and private partnerships, strategic planning, asset management, land-use planning & civic design.
He graduated from the School of Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1986 and received his post-graduate degrees in Applied Management (1989) and Urban Planning (1990) from McGill University (Montreal, Quebec, Canada), as a holder of the “Alexander S. Onassis” Public Benefit Foundation Scholarship.
